You can personalise all our products, just submit your personalisation information on each product page and we will add it to all the relevant fields in a chosen design. We add your text exactly as you submit it to us.
We will prepare your personalised design and will send to you by email, you can print it yourself or order professionally printed posters from us.
Can I use Non-English characters?
We are currently only able to reproduce/print Standard English text unless otherwise is indicated on the page.
Although the site may show the International characters/emojis/symbols/characters with accents etc on the preview, it may not print as submitted.
Usually the system prints either question marks or small boxes. This indicates a character that is not recognised by the our system and we are unable to reproduce for you.
Do you have content restrictions?
We do not permit personalised products to include any content or material which:
infringes anyone’s copyright: you must ensure that you either own the copyright in an image or any other content that you wish to include in a personalised product or that you are fully licensed by the copyright owner to include that image or other content in the personalised product
infringes any other rights, such as a trade mark, of any person or entity or a duty owed to any person or entity, such as a duty of confidentiality
contravenes any applicable law (including, without limitation, any criminal law) or regulation misrepresents identity or impersonates any person
is false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, abusive, threatening or defamatory, or that might cause needless annoyance, inconvenience or distress to any person
includes any material containing personally identifying information about another person, such as their address, phone number, or email address, except with the written approval of that person
contains material which is pornographic, obscene, indecent or offensive, which promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or that may incite hatred or violence against any person or group
may harass, upset, embarrass or alarm any person
gives the impression that it emanates from or has been approved by us
advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act
If we identify that you have submitted any of the above, we will not process any order and we are unable to offer a refund.
You can cancel your order within 2h after placing it.
All our products are personalised and therefore we are not required to offer returns as our products are exempt from the right to cancel or to return as specified in the paragraph 13C of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2000/2334/pdfs/uksi_20002334_en.pdf). Therefore we are unable to cancel your order after the cut off time of 2h.

The PDF (electronic) products are dispatched within 18h of placing your order. All the printed orders without a frame are dispatched within 2 working days and within 4 working days if you have added a frame.
We will inform you if we have a delay in preparing your order.
What to do if I am mistaken with the delivery address?
If you have provided the wrong address during the checkout, please contact our Customer Service immediately by email.
Please note we will not refund or dispatch a new order if you have provided the wrong delivery address and did not contact our customer service within 2 hours after placing your order.
You are informed about order dispatching by an automatic email sent at the moment the parcels leave our premises.
How quickly orders are delivered?
Unframed prints are typically received within 3–5 working days, framed prints are normally received within 5-7 days but it can take longer in busy periods.
All the delivery are sent by Royal Mail, occasionally we may use other providers.
What shall I do if my gift has not been delivered?
If you have not received your order please contact our Customer Service by email. You will need to provide your name and order ID, which can be found in your order confirmation email.
How do I change the address on my order?
You can change your address free of charge within 2h after placing your order.

How is the shipping cost calculated?
All the deliveries are complimentary and we do charge for our Standard Delivery service.
Occasionally, we may introduce express delivery options during the busy periods. Shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout page.
